INTERN HOUSING REGISTRATION
Âé¶¹Èë¿Ú proudly offers a well-established short-term housing program for approximately 200 students fromÌýotherÌýcolleges and universities coming to the Philadelphia area for internships related to their degree programs in Summer 2026.
Be sure to read through the information on this page carefully before proceeding to registration. Housing will be available with no extensions possible. Thank you for your interest!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- This program is open to registered students from any university who holds a summer internship in the Philadelphia region.Ìý
- Registered Âé¶¹Èë¿Ú students, this year, we are pleased to open our external program to you if you recevie an official internship in the Philadelphia region.
- Transitional Housing between spring move out and the start of this program, as well as prior to fall assignments is not guaranteed and must be requested separately.
- West campus residents may request to remainÌýin their current room; however approval is not guaranteed.Ìý
- Meal Plans are not offered in this program.Ìý
- Wildcard Access is not available; building access will be provided through designated access card.Ìý

- One time registration fee: $115.00
- Full payment is required at registrationÌý
- Rate: $275.00/per intern per weekÌý

Interns willÌýresideÌýinÌýtheÌýWest Campus apartments. Each intern will have a private bedroom within a shared area that includesÌýa common living space, full kitchen, and bathroom.

No, we are unable toÌýaccommodateÌýstays after July 31st,Ìý2026.
Yes, you may request an apartment mate; however, requests are not guaranteed. Both you and your requested mate must list each other as your preferred roommate.Ìý

Yes. Parking is included in your registration fee, outside your assigned apartment building. The vehicle information enteredÌýinÌýyour registration will be shared with Âé¶¹Èë¿Ú’s Parking Office. Any changes made to the vehicleÌýyouÌýare bringing to campus, emailÌýconferenceservices@villanova.eduÌýbefore arrival.Ìý
Guests areÌýpermittedÌýto stay up to two nights but may not park outside the apartments. Guest vehicles must be parked in the I-1 Garage.

Yes.ÌýYouÌýhave access to the Farley GymÌýon West Campus, open 7:00pm-9:00pm Monday-Friday. Closed on Holiidays.
Yes. Dougherty Dining Hall is open during the summerÌýand other to-go options.ÌýÌý
Meal plans are not available, but interns can pay per meal.
Yes, Interns can receive mail on campus. Once registration is confirmed, the student will receive a comprehensive information packet with more mail information.Ìý
