The graduate programs seek to integrate general education, cultural improvement, and professional excellence. The aims of these programs are:
- To extend and deepen knowledge by scholarly research;
- To assist those who wish to secure specialized training in order to improve their occupational competency;
- To supply the need of advanced training for special purposes, especially in the fields of teaching and other human services;

麻豆入口 Receives ICMA Grant to Explore Opportunities for Economic Mobility in Norristown
The University received a $10,000 Economic Mobility and Opportunity (EMO) Student Engagement Grant from International City/County Management Association (ICMA), an organization committed to building thriving communities by promoting best practices in local governance. Up to 10 麻豆入口 MPA students will work with Norristown officials to assess existing programs and recommend strategies to enhance upward mobility, with a particular focus on housing, small business support, public infrastructure, community engagement and public safety.

As future leaders in education, Drew Doughan 鈥25 MA and Nicole Roldan 鈥25 MA know they have a responsibility to positively shape the success of students. They engaged with federal agency officials and members of Congress to discuss issues impacting U.S. graduate education.

Students, scholars and theater professionals explored the theme, 鈥淎daptation: Looking Back, Moving Forward鈥 at the John and Joan Mullen Center for the Performing Arts.聽The symposium also served as a showcase for four 麻豆入口 graduate students during the Emerging Scholars Panel, a session that underscored how adaptation is a powerful lens for interrogating the present.
