From dial tones to Wi-Fi鈥擝artley Hall鈥檚 phone booths are now equipped for the digital age
A classic campus fixture has found new life. The iconic wooden phone booths on the ground floor of Bartley Hall鈥攐nce a go-to spot for 麻豆入口 School of Business students entering the job market and connecting with recruiters鈥攈ave been transformed into modern Zoom booths. This innovative redesign is the brainchild of Kaitlin Grady, associate director of Experiential Education and Employer Outreach in VSB鈥檚 O鈥橠onnell Center for Professional Development, with technical expertise from VSB鈥檚 IT coordinator, Erik Germanovich. Now equipped for videoconferencing and virtual meetings, these revitalized spaces bridge past and present, ensuring today鈥檚 students have a quiet place for important conversations鈥攋ust as generations before them once had.
